Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 18, 2025

At MHDIGITALARTS LLC, we are committed to delivering top-tier media production services that reflect our clients’ vision and goals. Because our work involves customized planning, creative development, and dedicated resources, the following refund policy applies:

1. Service Cancellations

  • Full Refund: If a project is canceled by the client at least 7 days prior to the scheduled production start date, a full refund will be issued.

  • Partial Refund: If canceled within 7 days of the scheduled start date, a 50% refund will be issued to account for time, planning, and pre-production efforts.

  • No Refund: Once production has started or been completed, no refunds will be issued.

2. Deposits

  • All projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure scheduling and initiate planning.

  • Deposits are applied toward the total project cost.

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the production date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit.

3. Client Satisfaction

We are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If the final deliverables do not meet the agreed scope:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We offer one round of revisions at no extra charge (unless otherwise stated in the contract).

  • Refunds may be considered only if MHDIGITALARTS LLC fails to meet clearly defined deliverables outlined in the signed agreement or project proposal.

4. Force Majeure

In the event that services cannot be provided due to causes beyond our control (e.g., illness, equipment failure, extreme weather):

  • We will attempt to reschedule the project at no extra cost.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the stage of the project.
