By accessing or using mhdigitalarts.com and our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

​

MHDIGITALARTS LLC provides media production services including, but not limited to, video production, photography, editing, and content creation. All services are subject to availability and require a deposit + invoice confirmation to begin.

2. Booking and Payment

​

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve project dates and begin pre-production.

  • Full payment is due as outlined in your service agreement.

  • Late payments may result in delivery delays or additional fees.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

​

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before a scheduled project may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit.

  • No refunds are issued once production has started.

  • Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.

4. Revisions and Deliverables

​

  • We offer one round of complimentary revisions per project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Final deliverables will be provided in agreed formats and timelines.

  • MHDIGITALARTS LLC retains the right to use selected work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All original materials created by MHDIGITALARTS LLC are protected by copyright.

  • Upon full payment, clients receive a limited license to use the final deliverables for agreed-upon purposes.

  • Clients may not resell or redistribute content without written permission.

6. Client Responsibilities

​

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and required assets (e.g., logos, scripts).

  • Delays in providing feedback or materials may affect project timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

​

MHDIGITALARTS LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Data loss or delays caused by third-party platforms or services

  • Content misuse by clients or third parties

8. Privacy

9. Changes to Terms
